We currently offer delivery services within The Bahamas only.
Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (New Providence):
- Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after confirmation of payment.
- Delivery Fee: FREE

Family Islands Delivery:
- Orders are shipped via [insert shipping method, e.g., Bahamasair Cargo, MailBoat, or other courier services].
- Delivery timelines depend on the selected courier service and location.
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on the courier and destination.
Delivery Process

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. -
Dispatch Notification:
- For New Providence: You’ll receive an email or SMS when your order is out for delivery.
- For Family Islands: Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details (if applicable).

Receiving Your Order:
- New Providence: Orders will be delivered to your specified address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- Family Islands: Orders can be collected from the specified courier’s location.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the location and are displayed at checkout.
Important Information

Processing Time:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Address:
- Please provide accurate and complete delivery details to avoid delays.
- Imari Moon is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

Missed Deliveries:
- If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to reschedule. A redelivery fee may apply.

- For security purposes, we may request a signature upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email shopimarimoon@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items for a resolution. -
Lost Packages:
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us for assistance.
